摘　　要：舞蹈练习是形体课的基本内容。本文从分析舞蹈作品入手,调动和激发学生的内在情感,以此带动学生的外部情感表现,即:分析作品——形神兼备——创造意境,达到"内外兼修"的目的。The splendidly-built course emphasizes ＂to practicing inside and outside＂. The dancing class is basic in splendidly-built practice. This paper starts from analyzing the pieces of dancing works to initiate students＇emotion inside and lead to students＇ outburst of it. That is, analyzing pieces of works——generating emotion with emotion combination of morphology and expression——creating atmosphere to a high level.
