摘  要:基于平面圆形薄板和悬臂梁组成一复合结构,实现了光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)压力传感器的差动式测量。结果表明:传感器分辨率为0.05%,重复性为0.14%,回程误差为0.38%,线性误差为0.24%,基本误差为±0.57%;以20℃为基准,在-20^+100℃,温度引起的零点漂移不超过满量程的1.9%,随着工作温度范围减小至-20^+50℃,零点温度漂移也减小至满量程的0.6%,在0^+30℃,温度特性非常好,零点温度漂移最大为满量程的0.07%。给出了进一步改善传感器压力传感特性和热稳定性的方法。Based on the composite structure which consists of planar circular sheet and cantilever, a differential optical fiber grating pressure has been presented. Research results indicate that the sensor resolution is up to 0.05% ,the repeatability, hysteresis,and nonlinearity of the sensor over the full pressure range are 0. 14% ,0. 38% and 0.24%, respectively. There- fore,the overall measurement accuracy was ± (0.14+0.24+0.38/2)% = ± 0. 57 % over the full range; Making reference to the temperature 20 ℃ ,Zero temperature excursion gives a measurement uncertainty of 1.8 percent over the full range within the temperature range - 20- + 100 ℃, according to the decreased operating temperature range of - 20 - + 50 ℃, the zero temperature excursion is reduced to 0. 6 %, and in the range of 0- +30 ℃,the temperature characteristic is very good,Zero temperature drift is less than 0.07%;. Finally the methods how to improve the static pressure sensing characteris- tic and heat stability are presented.
