摘  要:利用AMMI模型对9个水稻品种的稻米品质稳定性及品质性状稳定性之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明:各项品质指标在不同基因型和环境间的差异以及基因型与环境互作方差都达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。粒形和粒长稳定性最高,而垩白率和垩白度稳定性最差。粒长的稳定性与直链淀粉的稳定性呈极显著正相关,与垩白率的稳定性呈显著正相关;精米率的稳定性与粒形的稳定性呈显著正相关;垩白度的稳定性与糙米率的稳定性呈显著负相关;整米率的稳定性与其他品质性状均未达到显著相关水平。The stability of rice quality was tested by using AMMI model in 9 mid-late varieties and the relationship among stability of rice quality was analyzed. The result showed that the effects of genotype and environment and genotype x environment for every trait were significant at 0.1% level. Grain length and grain shape were the most stable traits and CHD and CHR were the least stable traits. The coefficient of correlation of stability between grain length and starch content was positive and significant at 0.1%. The coefficient of correlation of stability between grain length and CHR, between MRR and grain shape was positive and significant at 0.5 %, otherwise the coefficient of correlation between CHD and BRR was negative and significant at 0.5 %. The coefficient of correlation of stability between HMR and other quality trait was not significant.
