吉林省发展农产品加工业的思路与对策

摘　　要：大力发展农产品加工业,楚立高附加值农业是现代农业发展的一般趋势,顺应了农业发展的一般规律,体现了比较优势规律,符合产业链延伸规律。文中分析了吉林省农产品加工业的发展现状和存在的主要问题,提出了吉林省发展农产品加工业的思路和对策:拓宽融资渠道,完善投融资体系;强化宏观调控,实行严格产业政策;加大技术创新力度,促进企业技术进步。It is not only the general trend of modern agricultural development to develop the processing industry of agricultural products on a large scale and to establish high-value-added agriculture, but it is also consistent with the general law of agricultural development, the law of comparative superiority and the law of industry chain extension. The processing industry of agricultural products in Jilin province has made significant headway relying on advantages of its resources. It is going into a transition phase in which the overall strength is rapidly growing, the processing scale is rapidly expanding and the processing level is rapidly increasing. However, there still exist some problems such as small size, lack of vitality, weak ability to innovate and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the coordination and the macro-guidance about the processing industry of agricultural products. That is to say, we should guide industry development through making the industrial policy and industry planning, and assist it in policy, funds, technology and in other aspects.
