摘　　要：目的:建立分光光度法测定复方氨基酸注射液中亚硫酸氢钠的浓度。方法:利用亚硫酸氢根在EDTA2-存在的酸性条件下,与甲醛和碱性品红作用,生成紫色复合物[1],在560nm处测定吸光度[1]。以此计算测定亚硫酸氢钠含量。结果:亚硫酸氢钠浓度在0.1～8.0μg·ml-1范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,其线性方程为A=0.33377×C+0.01094,r=0.99923。用两个不同厂家的产品进行加样回收试验,回收率均在99%以上,RSD小于0.2%(n=6)。结论:该方法稳定,简便易行,快速准确。Objective..A UV method was established for the determination of sodium hydrogen sulfite in Compound Amino Acid Injection. Methods：The content of sodium hydrogen sulfite in Compound Amino Acid Injection can be determined by Colorimetry based on the Colorimetric reaction between sodium hydrogen sulfite,basic violet and formaldehyde in the acidic envi- ronment with EDTA. Result： The linear range was 0. 1-8.0μg · ml^-1 （r= 0. 99923）. The mean recovery was more than 99.0%,with RSD less than 0. 2 % （n = 6）. Conclusion：The method was simple ,practicable and accurate.
