摘　　要：目的:建立可行的快速考察维C银翘片溶出过程的方法。方法:采用FODT-601型光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪,运用自身对照法监测维C银翘片在4种不同溶出介质中的溶出过程。结果:本法监测药物溶出的全过程,同时显示完整的药物溶出曲线图,对改进制剂工艺、监控制剂工艺稳定性及控制产品质量提供有益的参考。结论:光纤药物溶出度实时测定法能够有效测定固体药物的体外溶出度,并能真实地反映药物溶出的全过程。Objective ： To establish a feasible processing analysis method for the dissolution test of Compound Vitamin C Yin- qiao Tablets. Method：The release processes of Compound Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets in 4 kinds of solutions were determined simultaneously with FODT-601 fiber-optic medicine dissolution process real time test system. And the self-comparison method was used in data processing. Results：This process analysis can monitor the whole process of drug and get dissolution graph. It can provide useful information in preparation process improving,monitoring stability of preparation and quality control. Conclusion：This process analysis can reflect the real dissolution and obtain the total information.
