摘 要:针对目前列车真空集便器在冬季使用时加热保温形式的不足,对稀土电热膜的性能特点和制备工艺进行了技术研究,提出将稀土电热膜技术应用在列车真空集便器上,给出了稀土电热膜在真空集便器上应用的测试装置,并对此进行了实验研究,对实际测量的数据进行了实验对比。结果表明:采用稀土电热膜对列车真空集便器加热保温,不仅可以取代传统的加热形式,而且还有高效、安全、低耗、环保的效果,使得列车真空集便器在冬季也可正常使用。In the view of the insufficient heating of Vacuum Toilet Wastewater Collectors in winter,the author has conducted the eagering research to the Rare Earth Electrothermal Film's function Characteristic and the making craft,and has proposed an idea that applies Rare Earth Electrothermal Film technology to Vacuum Toilet Wastewater Collectors,produced the testing device,conducted the experiment study,compared experimental contrast to the actual surveydata.According to the data,the author believes that applying Rare Earth Electrothermal Film to heat and heat preservation.Vacuum Toilet Wastewater Collectors not only substitute the traditional heating form, but also reach an effect with high effective, security,low-consumption, environmental protection, so as to allow Vacuum Toilet Wastewater Collectors to be normally used in winter.
