酸度对草坪土壤速效磷的测定影响

摘  要:通过不同酸度对草坪土壤速效磷吸光度的测定,结果表明:加入5.75 ml5.5 mol硫酸-钼锑抗显色剂可以很好地中和浸提液中的碳酸氢钠,使浸提液酸度处于理想的酸度范围,具有显色快,而且比较稳定。此测定有效磷的方法解决了大批样品测定时,逐一中和浸出液繁琐的操作,具有简单快捷,平衡误差小,重现性好,提供的数据准确有效,具有一定的推广意义。Through the different acidity to the turfgrass soil available phosphorus extinction determination, the result indicated that to add the 5.75 ml,5.5 mol sulfuric acid-molybdenum stibium anti--developer can counteract well in the neutral leaching solution sodium bicarbonate that causes the leaching solution acidity to be in the ideal acidity scope, which has the coloration quickly and quite stablely. This determination effective phosphorus method has solved large quantities of sample determination, which simplifies the neutral leaching solution tedious operation and makes it done one by one simply and quickly. The rate of balanced error is small, the reproduction quality is good, and the provided data is accurate and effective. In a word, this method is significant to be promoted.
