耳压联合倍它乐克法治疗原发性高血压病的随测和动态血压观察

摘　　要：高血压病患者８０例分为治疗组和对照组各４０例。治疗组用耳压联合倍它乐克，对照组单用倍他乐克治疗。结果，随测血压观察发现两组皆能有效地起到降压作用，且两者间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；２４小时动态血压观察发现对照组夜间无降压作用，而治疗组能有效地将患者的夜间血压控制在正常范围，避免了血压昼夜间过大波动，减少了对靶器官的损害。In this study,80 patients with primary hypertension were divided into a treatment group of 40 patients and a control group of the remaining 40 patients.The patients in the treatment group were treated with ear point pressing method together with western medicine;the patients in the control group were treated solely with western medicine.The result showed that the effect of reducing blood pressure was achieved in both groups with no significant difference(P>0.05).The 24-hour dynamic blood pressure observation revealed that in the control group,blood pressure was not reduced at night while in the treatment group,blood pressure was under control and was within the normal range at night.In the treatment group,therefore,the fluctuation of blood pressure was avoided and the damage to the target organ was reduced.
