摘　　要：针对原有预加水成球工艺系统设备存在的问题,经过多方调研和论证,提出了系统改进措施,从根本上提高了熟料的烧成质量和立窑生产能力,实现了小料球成球质量稳定,并且指出小料球预加水成球工艺技术具有广泛的应用前景。According to original problems existed in ball pre-water adding crafts skill system, it researches, discusses and brings forward im proving measures of system, raises the quality and producing ability of mature materials fundamentally, realizes the stable quality of small ma terial ball-formation, and points out small material ball pre-water adding crafts skill has wide application.
