摘　　要：介绍了欧美发达国家商业地产的发展历程现状及趋势,针对我国商业地产的现状及存在的问题,提出了我国商业地产健康发展的对策,以促进商业地产健康持续的发展。The developing course and trend of commercial real estate in European and American developed countries are introduced. According to questions existed in commercial real estate in our country practical measures are proposed to ensure health and sustainable development of commercial real estate.
