摘 要:通过微量Sb合金化,φ40mm水平连铸灰铁型材基体组织中的珠光体含量提高,0.02%Sb的型材中心的珠光体含量超过70%,0.04%Sb的型材不仅中心的珠光体含量超过90%,而且距表层5mm位置珠光体的含量接近50%。加入0.04%Sb的型材断面硬度差≤10HRB,型材心部的抗拉强度σb≥300MPa,爆破压力超过50MPa。结果表明:微量Sb合金化,有利于提高型材断面硬度、抗拉强度及耐压气密性,降低型材断面的硬度差,改善铸件的断面敏感性。The amount of pearlite in horizontal continuous casting (HCC) gray iron (GI) bars with diameter in 40 mm were increased obviously by adding trace Sb. The amount of pearlite in center of HCC GI bars with 0.02wt% Sb addition exceed 70% ; the amount of pearlite in the center of HCC GI bars with 0.04wt% Sb addition exceed 90%, the amount of pearlite in the location distance from surface 5 mm approach 50%. The hardness difference on the whole cross section of the bars with 0.04wt% Sb addition is less than or equal to HRB10, the tensile strength of the tensile strength on the core of the bar is greater than or equal to 300 MPa and the burstpressure exceeds 50 MPa. The results show that the addition of trace Sb not only increases the cross section hardness, tensile strength and properties of compression resistance and airtight, but also decreases the hardness difference on the cross section of bar and improves sensibility to cross section.
