摘 要:泡沫金属是一种集力学性能、热电性能、声学等性能于一体的宏观结构-功能一体化的环保材料,由于其巨大的应用前景,在工业领域,特别是汽车和航空航天领域受到了越来越广泛的重视。泡沫金属的制备方法很多,与其它制备方法相比,基于金属熔体的铸造法具有产量大、成本相对低廉、易于工业生产等优点,因而已被广泛研究并已部分实现了产业化。本文对当前应用于泡沫金属研究领域的几种铸造方法的工艺过程进行了详细介绍,并分析了其优缺点。Metal foam is an integrated structural and functional material which has mechanical properties, thermoelectric performance, acoustics performance, Due to its huge application prospect, metal foam has attracted much more attentions in industry increasingly, especially in automobiles and aerospace field. There are many ways to produce metal foam. Compared with other fabrication methods, melt-based casting methods has the advantages of high output, relatively inexpensive and easy production, thus it has been widely investigated and some metal foams have been brought about industrialization. Several casting methods adopted in the research of metal foam are reviewed in detail., and the advantage and disadvantages are pointed out.
