二维超声及CDFI对精索静脉曲张诊断研究

摘　　要：目的探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒(CDFI)对精索静脉曲张(VC)的诊断。方法对临床疑似VC患者62例行二维超声及CDFI检查,根据静脉内径将患者分为临床型及亚临床型。手术全部证实。在Valsalva实验时,对临床组、亚临床组及正常组精索静脉曲张的血管内径以及血流速度测定。结果临床组与正常组之间血管内径及血流速度均有明显差异(P<0.05),亚临床组与正常组之间血流速度无明显差异(P>0.05),血管内径有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论应用二维超声及CDFI可早期且准确诊断精索静脉曲张,对临床选择手术方式具有重要的参考价值。Objective To investigate the value of two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI in Varicocele （Vc）. Methods Sixty two patients who suspected Vc were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI examination. Patients were divided into clinical and subclinical according to their Blood-vessel diameter. All the operations are proved. In Valsalva experiment Blood-vessel diameter and velocity were measured by Two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI between the clinical, subclinical and the contrast. Results there are significant differences in both Blood-vessel diameter and velocity between the clinical and the contrast （P〈0.05）.However,There were no significant differences in velocity between the subclinical and the contrast（P〉0.05 ）.There are still significant differences in Blood-vessel diameter between the subclinical and the contrast（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI played an important role in the diagnosis of varicocele, and it provided useful information in selecting the way of operation.
