二丁酰环磷腺苷钙残留溶剂的测定

摘　　要：目的建立二丁酰环磷腺苷钙原料中多种有机溶剂残留量的分离测定方法。方法采用溶液直接进样气相色谱法,载气为氮气,FID检测器,色谱柱为HP-INNOWax毛细管柱,程序升温,外标法测定二丁酰环磷腺苷钙中乙醇、乙醚、吡啶的残留量。结果3种有机溶剂完全分离,在所考察的浓度范围内具有良好的线性。r为0.9996￣0.9999,平均回收率为98.0%￣99.1%,精密度RSD均小于10%,检测限为0.05￣0.12μg/ml。结论本方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于二丁酰环磷腺苷钙中多种有机溶剂残留量的测定。Objective A gas chromatography method for separating and determining various kinds of residual organic solvents in Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate were established. Methods A HP-INNOWax capillary column was used with nitrogen gas as cartier and FID as detector. Results The organic residuals including alcohol, aether and pyridine were separated and determined. There was good linearity （r =0.9996-0.9999）.The average recovery rates were within the range of 98.0 %and 99.1%, and each RSD was lessthan 10 %. The detection limits were within 0.05-0.12 μg/ml. Conclusion The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate. It could be used for the determination of various organic residuals in Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate.
