摘　　要：８３Ｂ菜豆是从７９－６－２菜豆品种中的一株自然变异后代，经过５年８代系统选育而成。具有早熟、丰产、稳产、优质等特性。每６６７ｍ２产量２５００～４０００ｋｇ。适于春提前、秋延后保护地及春、秋露地栽培。目前已在全国１７个省、市推广面积达８００００ｈｍ２。Kidney bean 83B is a posterity of the natural variation of kidney bean 79-6-2 through five-year and eight-generation systematic selection. It has characteristics of early maturity,high and stable yield,good quality. The yield of this variety is 37.5～60.0t/ha. It is well suitable for open field growth in spring or autumn and protected fields in early spring or late autumn. This new variety of kidney bean has been demonstatively spread and applied throughout the 17 provinces and municipalities of the country and reached 80000ha.
