摘　　要：目的：探讨老年高血压及血脂与低密度脂蛋白受体（LDLR）基因HineⅡ多态性的关系。方法：采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）方法测定高血压组126例，对照组150例的LDLR基因型。结果：LDLR包括CC、CT、TT三种基因型。高血压组C等位基因频率高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：高血压组C等位基因频率高于对照组，提示低密度脂蛋白受体基因可能与老年高血压相关。Objective To study the relationship between elderly hypertensives and low density lipoprotein receptor （LDLR） gone Hincll polymorphsim. Methods The LDLR genotypes of hypertensive group consisted 126 cases and control group included 150 individuals were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP）. Results LDLR included three genotypes （CC, TT and CT）. The frequency of C allele in hypertensive group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The frequency of C allele in hypertensive group was higher than that in control group, which suggested thai LDLR C allele might play a role in the pathophysiology of elderly hypertensives.
