摘 要:目的:探讨电子束CT在复杂型主动脉缩窄(COA)和主动脉离断(IAA)诊断中的应用价值和影像学表现。方法:9例COA和6例IAA的患者进行静脉注射对比剂容积扫描,对所有扫描图像行冠、矢状面多平面重建(MPR)及容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、薄层VR重组和电影模式,并经DSA造影和手术证实。结果:EBCTA清晰显示COA和IAA的解剖细节,可对此二种疾病进行分型及诊断,正确诊断率为96.1%。结论:EBCTA作为一种无创性血管造影技术,对COA和IAA有重要的诊断价值。Objective: To evaluate the applicative value and findings of electron beam tomography angiography(EBCTA)in complex congenital coaretation of aorta (COA)and interruption of aorta arch(IAA) .Methods:9 cases of COA and 6 cases of IAA were performed EBCTA volumetric scanning with administration of contrast agent. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional reformation were performed in all cases by means of multi-phnar reconstruction, maximum intensity projecting, volume rendering, and clipped volume rendering, motion picture, respectively. All of the patients were confirmed by surgery and conventional angiography. Results: EBCTA dearly demonstrated the detailed anatomical infomation, by which the COA and IAA could be diagnosed and classified. The diagnosis accuracy of EBCTA in COA and IAA was 96.1%. Conclusion: Being non-invasive angiographie technique, EBCTA is valuable for the diagnosis of the COA and IAA.
