摘　　要：在时代发展的进程中,国家宏观调控下政策因素对中小户型设计和消费引导的影响是至关重要的。文章从中小户型住宅建筑产品的策划与定位、建筑设计及室内设计等环节的控制中,体现相互的作用与关联性。为现代中小户型住宅理念的持续性发展,寻求良好的解决之道。Activities of designing and consuming of modern middle-type and small-type dwelling are influenced and guided by policy worked out by government on the situation of national macroscopic regulation. Topics on architecture product of modern middle-type and small-type dwelling occur in this big condition are discussed in this paper including the link control of plan and orientation, architectural and indoors design. Interactions and interrelations of the above mentioned links are studied, and settling methods on concept of continuous development of modern middle-type and small-type dwelling are put forward.
