摘　　要：中国古典园林因其独有的文化及艺术魅力,在世界园林史上占有一席特殊的地位。其中蕴涵着深奥的禅理需要去参、去悟,而不能只是去看、去察,此即园林欣赏的3个层次——游园、赏园和品园。该文从园林欣赏的角度,分析"禅"对中国文人、文化及审美等的影响,进而借此浅析"品园"这一中华独有的文化现象。The Chinese traditional garden enjoys a special status in the history of world gardens, because of its unique culture and artistic charm. The Central Philosophy of Buddhism embodied in it needs to be experienced and meditated. Only watching and inspecting is not enough. That is to say, there are three levels in garden appreciation： traveling in gardens, enjoying in gardens, and contemplating in gardens. This paper aims at analyzing the influence posed by the Central Philosophy of Buddhism on the Chinese literati, culture, aesthetics and so on, thus explaining the unique Chinese cultural phenomenon, ＂contemplating in gardens＂.
