摘　　要：在国内外城市更新的发展趋势下,对于具有历史文化价值的社区居住环境品质评价之检视尤为重要,文章系延续过去里分之系列研究之一,特针对里分住宅居民对于里分住宅内部环境、邻里性设施及环境、社区邻里关系及社区周边环境等四大部份进行评价,作为里分住宅未来社区居住环境品质改善之参考依据。Under the developmental trend of urban renew in international cities, it is especially important to evaluate the dwelling environment quality of the historically as well as culturally significant communities. This is one of the series of studies regarding the Li-Fen housing in Wuhan City, China, which emphasizes on the evaluation of how the residents view the dwelling environment quality of their community. The evaluation includes four parts： the internal environment, neighborhood facilities and environment, neighborhood relationship of the community, and community outskirts environment. They are to be used as reference for the improvement of environmental quality in Li-Fen housing.
