摘　　要：和谐社会是一个特殊的复杂巨系统。基于系统科学的理论与方法,对和谐社会的本质内涵、测度、系统特征展开了系统的理论分析,构建了社会构成模型、社会控制原理模型;最后就如何构建和谐社会这一宏大主题提出了开发"负熵流"这一独特的研究视角,为提高和谐社会的理性认识,探索构建和谐社会的新方法和途径提出了新的思考模式和理论支持。HeXie （Harmonious） society （HS） is a special system. Basing on the theories and methodologies of the Systems Science, the nature, extent, and systematic features of HS are anatomized theoretically, the particular perspective of developing ＂negative entropy flows＂ is proposed on the issue of the construction of HS basing on the Systems Science , in order that the rationale of HS can be better cognized, and that the new theoretic support of the methods of constructing HS can be better searched.
