船员疲劳对船舶值班的影响与评判

摘　　要：结合IMO和STCW78/95公约中对船舶安全配员的要求,借助数学模型分析船员疲劳的主观感觉和客观感觉,帮助减轻船员的疲劳,避免由于船员疲劳引发海难。In light of the requirements of safe manning the ship in IMO and STCW78/95 conventions, this paper sets up a Simple mathematic model to analyze the subjective feelings and objective feelings when the crew are weary. It can help the crewmembers to protect themselves from the onset of tire, and avoid the marine disasters effectively caused by fatigue of the crewmembers.
