摘　　要：目的分析流式细胞术(FCM)用于强宜性脊柱炎(AS)患者人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)表达情况的测定效果,同时以药物特异性聚合酶链反应(SSP-PCR)进行对照。方法采用FCM法检测74例临床疑似AS患者的HLA-B27,将二者结果进行分析比对。结果两种检测方法检测,结果符合率为95.9%,经Kappa值评价有很强的一致性(K=0.95),无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FCM法是一种快捷、简便、高效的HLA-B27检测方法,适合于临床应用。Objective To evaluate the results of detection of HLA - B27 antigen in ankylosing spondylitis patients by flow eytometry （FCM） and compared with SSP - PCR. Methods A total of 74 samples from suspected ankylosing spondylitis were collected and the expression of HLAA - B27 was determined by FCM and SSP - PCR. Results The coincidence rate of the two methods was 95.9% without statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion FCM is a rapid and reliable method for determina6on of HLA - B27.
