摘　　要：目的评价海南省艾滋病筛查实验室检测技术水平和规范化管理工作水平，促进其整体检测能力提高。方法对早期成立（两年以上）12家和近期（两年内）的15家筛查实验室，通过发放质控品和质量考评问卷相结合的方式进行考评，两部分各占50％，总分为100分，92分以上、81，92、71～80、60～70及60分以下者分别为优秀、良好、合格、较差和不合格。结果早期成立的12家和近期的15家实验室酶联法（ELISA）试验结果符合率为100％和93．33％，规范化管理工作平均得分为80分和74．5分。结论海南省艾滋病网络早期实验室比近期实验室的检测能力要好，质控品考评符合率达100％，但是在实验室规范化管理方面两类实验室仍有待进一步加强和完善。Objective To evaluate the level of test and standardize management in HIV antibody screening laboratories in Hainan province in order to promote them to improve their whole test ability. Methods 12 screening laboratories set up at early period and 15 screening laboratories built within 2 years were examined and evaluated. Samples for quality control check and questionnaires were extended to all laboratories. The general score was 100. The five grades were exellent （ The score was 〉 92 ）, good（ The score was 81 - 92）, up to standard （ The score was 71 - 80）, relatively poor （ The score was 60 - 70） and substandard （ The score was 〈 60）. Results The coincidence rate of ELISA test of 12 early laboratories and 15 short term laboratories, were 100% and 93.33% respectively. The scores of standardize management of them were 80 and 74.5. Conclusion The test ability of early HIV antibody screening laboratories was higher. But the standardize management should be enhanced and perfected in all 27 network laboratories.
