摘　　要：目的观察兔圆小囊抗菌肽对鸡新城疫病毒强毒株有无抑制作用。方法将NDV用圆小囊抗菌肽处理后再接种9日龄鸡胚,测定鸡胚尿囊液中的NDV血凝效价,并观察鸡胚病变。结果与对照组比较,兔圆小囊抗菌肽使鸡胚尿囊液中新城疫病毒的血凝效价降低,同时还能抑制因以上新城疫病毒所引起的鸡胚病变。结论兔圆小囊抗菌肽在体外对鸡新城疫病毒强毒株具有抑制作用。Objective To observe the effect of rabbit sacculus rotundus peptides on virulent Newcastle disease virus （NDV）. Methods Virulent NDV was treated with rabbit sacculus retundus peptides, and inoculated into chicken embryo. The erythrocyte agglutination titer of virulent NDV in chicken embryo allantoic fluids was measured, and pathological changes of chicken embryo were examined. Results The erythrocyte agglutination titer of virulent NDV was lower than that of control series, and the pathological changes were less serious than those in control series, indicating that rabbit sacculus retundus peptides could inhibit the pathological changes of chicken embryo caused by virulent NDV. Conclusion The rabbit sacculus retundus peptides has inhibitory effect on virulent NDV in vitro.
