摘 要:结合纤维增强聚合物(FRP)材料的强度特性和光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的感知特性,研制开发了FRP-FBG智能复合板。阐述了FBG的应变和温度传感原理,研究了FRP-FBG智能复合板的制作工艺,通过标准材料试验和水浴法试验分析了该智能复合板的应变和温度传感特性。结果表明:与裸FBG相比,FRP-FBG智能复合板基本不改变FBG的应变传感特性,但温度传感系数却提高了约2.2倍;基于目前的光栅解调系统,该智能复合板可以探测识别1με与0.03℃的应变与温度变化。By combining the strength of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) with the sensing characteristics of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) ,the new smart FRP-FBG composite laminates were developed. Firstly, the basic prindple of the strain sensing and temwxature sensing for FBG sensors was introduced in this paper. Secondly,the fabrication technique of the smart FRP- FBG composite laminates was presented. Finally,the strain and temperature sensing properties of the proposed smart composite laminates were experimentally studied on standard material test system and under hot water,respectively. The experimental results indicate the strain sensing propoerties of the smart FRP-FBG composite laminates are nearly the same as that of bare FBG, however, the temperature sensing abilities of the smart composite laminates are improved and the sensitivity coeffident is nearly 3. 2 times as much as that of bare FBG. The sensing precisions of strain and temperature for the smart FRP-FBG composite laminates are 1με and 0. 03℃ ,respectively. The smart FRP-FBG composite laminates are very proper for applications in civil engineering.
