摘  要:针对LD模块的圆柱形激光焊接封装,以LD耦合进尾纤的功率变化为依据,对焊接微变形引起的光纤与LD对准位置偏移进行特征分析。优化减小焊后位移(PWS)的焊接参数,提出PWS方向判定的方法,实现单束激光补焊的定向热补偿,使对准精度提高到0.5μm内,耦合功率恢复到最佳耦合时的90%以上。The characteristics of post-weld-shift(PWS) in laser welding technique for a cylindrical package with fiber pigtail to laser diode have been studied experimentally. The changes of the coupling power are measured for the experimental analysis. The preferred parameters of the laser welding are given to minimize the PWS. The method to judge the driection of the PWS is presented and validated by experiments. The directional thermal compensation by supplemental single-beam laser welding is achieved according to the characteristics analysis of the PWS. The assembly tolerance can be consistently achieved to be less than 0.5 μm,and the coupling power can be increased to better than 90% of the maximum coupling power.
