摘　　要：为创新社区卫生服务运行机制,从根本上扭转社区卫生服务的不合理行为,长宁区通过深化社区卫生服务内涵建设,建立和强化公益性实现机制,以及建立和完善社区卫生服务竞争机制和评估机制,探索建立以强化社区卫生服务公益性为目标的社区卫生服务新模式。In order to innovate a better CHS running mechanism and overcome the irrational medical manners, the government of Changning district explores to establish a new mode of CHS which aims at commonwealth through deepening the construction of service connotation, strengthening the realization mechanism of commonwealth and establishing and perfecting the service competition and assessment mechanism.
