摘　　要：地方政府电子政务建设发展滞后以及不均衡问题,严重影响了人民银行全面准确地共享非金融个人信用信息,阻碍了个人信用信息基础数据库的建设进程。论文分析了中央银行信用数据采集面临的问题提出了解决建议。中央银行应充分发挥在金融技术方面的主导作用,营造协调发展环境,通过基础信用信息建设过程,全面推进全社会信息化建设进程。The paper analyse the problem and solution of credit information collection by the central bank. The problem of unbalanced and delayed development of local electronic business has seriously impacted the services of central bank in the areas of providing accurate non-financial personal credit information and the construction of such data base. The central bank play a leading role in financial and technical expertise, this fostering a harmonious development environment and hence promoting the construction and setup of a nationwide personal credit information system.
