摘　　要：3G是全球瞩目的焦点,如何实现2G网络向3G网络的平滑过渡成为各大运营商的新研究热点之一。为了解决这一问题,论文给出了3G无线网络规划的具体流程,并对2G和3G无线网络规划的规划流程、规划方法、规划工具等方面的异同进行了详细分析,最后对协同规划中的干扰进行了分析。3G is the focus that attracts world-wide attention. How to transfer smoothly from 2G network to 3G network has become a central issue in telecom operators. The 3G wireless network planning flow is proposed, then the differences between 2G and 3G network in the radio network planning flow, planning method and planning tools are analyzed. Finally, the interference in cooperative planning of 2G and 3G radio networks is discussed.
