摘　　要："代建制"是我国政府投资管理方式的重大变革,通过分析目前我国工程项目管理不同模式的异同,提出应在政府投资工程项目管理中实施"代建制"管理模式,并为政府提高工程项目管理水平提供一些理论依据。Agent construction system is a great transform of management mode in our government invested projects. This paper expounds the difference and similarity of management mode in the domestic engineering projects, in which the Agent construction system should be put in practice. There are some theoretical bases for government to improve the management level of the projects.
