藏成药整姜麦吉丸临床前药理研究一.对麻醉犬心电、血压和呼吸的影响

摘　　要：采用１５只健康成年雄性京狮杂交犬，将藏成药整姜麦吉丸分大、中、小剂量组，研究了该药对麻醉犬心电、血压和呼吸的影响，结果给药后的心电、血压。Based on acute toxicitytest,fifteen health adult male jinshi hybrid dogs were divided into three groups by pill dose. Test of the effect on the dog′s EC.blood pressure and breath were done.The result showed that the dog′s EC.Blood pressure and breath had no remarkable difference after the test.
