摘  要:采用反相微乳液聚合技术合成了高固含、低油水比的丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸钠-功能单体共聚物反相微乳液(简记为:Floc),测得反应的单体转化率高达99.5%;用稀溶液粘度法测得其粘均分子量超过107。比较了自制Floc、国产PAMT、Nalco9779和Alclar665对我国一水硬铝石拜耳法溶出赤泥的沉降分离效果。结果表明,自制Floc的絮凝性能优异,沉降速度与Nalco9779、Alclar665相当,明显优于国产PAMT,而且上清液澄清度比国外产品好。赤泥浆液固含为60g/L^65g/L,Floc添加量为35ppm时,前5分钟平均沉降速度为1.32m/h,上清液浊度为221NTU,添加量为100ppm时,上清液浊度降到186NTU。The inverse micoemulsion of acrylamide - sodium acrylate - a functional monomer copolymer with high solid content and low ratio of oil phase to aqueous phase (abbreviated as Floc) was prepared via inverse microemulsion polymerization method. This copolymer inverse mlcroemulsion has high monomer conversion(about 99% ), and its average molecular mass is above 107 determined by dilute solution vlseosimetric measurement. The flocculating performances of Floc, domestic PAMT, Nalco9779 and Alclar665 as flocculants were studied to settle red mud , which was the diaspore residue from Bayer process. All the results show that the flocculating performance of the Floc is excellent, its settling rate for red mud is almost equal to that of Nalco9779 or Alclar665, and apparently superior to that of PAMT. Meanwhile, the clarification performance of Floc is better than that of Nalco9779 or Alclar665. When the Floc with 35 ppm dosage was added into the red mud slurry whose concentration is 60-65g/L , the average settling rate of red mud in initial five minutes is 1.32m/h and the turbidity of the supernatant is 221NTU; when the dosage of Floc is 100 ppm, the turbidity is decreased to 186 NTU.
