高浓度铝酸钠溶液生产砂状氧化铝的新工艺

摘　　要：采用高浓度铝酸钠溶液研究了添加剂存在的条件下两段法生产砂状氧化铝的新工艺。研究结果表明,采用适当的添加剂,确定合适的工艺条件,可获得产出率高,质量优良的分解产品,本试验中最佳的分解工艺条件为:分解时间为63小时;温度制度采用中间降温的方式;附聚段晶种小于45μm颗粒的质量百分含量大于30,长大段晶种粒度小于45μm颗粒的质量百分含量小于15。In order to get sandy alumina, the new technics of producing sandy alumina with two - stage precipitation of high concentration sodium aluminate solution. The results show that the high precipitation rate and high quality Al（OH）3 production can been got with additives and proper precipitation technics. The precipitation technics of producing sandy alumina, which precipitation time is 63h, precipitation temperature scheme adopts suddenly fall, and the mass percent of less 45μm of Al（OH）3 as seed more than 30% in agglomeration process, and less 15 % in growth process.
