婴幼儿气质与母亲敏感性的互动影响研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨婴幼儿气质对母亲反应方式的影响,使母亲在与婴幼儿的互动关系中变得更为积极、主动和理性。[方法]分别从活动性(ACT),适应性(ADA),趋向性(APP),反应阈限(THR),反应强度(INT),心境(MOOD),注意力分散度(DIST),注意持久性(PERS)6个方面探讨4个月至3岁婴幼儿气质对母亲敏感性的影响。[结果]婴幼儿活动性(ACT)与母亲应对方式中消极反应的F检验为38.982,婴幼儿适应性(ADA)中母亲的积极、消极反应的F检验分别为35.490和32.919,婴幼儿反应强度(INT)与母亲的过分、消极反应的F检验分别为10.89和15.974,婴幼儿心境(MOOD)与母亲积极、消极反应的F检验为6.243和4.685,婴幼儿注意力分散度(DIST)与母亲消极、强制性的F检验分别为6.367和5.643,婴幼儿注意力持久性(PERS)与母亲对婴幼儿的积极反应F检验为7.428,因此婴幼儿反应强度与母亲敏感性反应方式之间表现出的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。[结论]越高的适应性、积极乐观的心境和较高的注意力持久性容易引发母亲的积极反应行为;影响母亲敏感性反应方式的消极气质因素有:高活动性、高趋向性、高反应强度、低反应强度、消极心境和中性注意力分散度。[Objective]To explore the interaction of children＇s temperament to mother＇s sensitivity, the mother will become more active,passive and rational in the relationship of interaction to the child. [Methods]The influence to mother＇s sensitivity by the children aged 4 months to 3 years was investigated on activity（ACT）, adaptivity （ADA）, appearance （APP）, threshold of reflection （THR）, intensity of reaction （INT）, the mood （ MOOD）, dispersion of attention （DIST） Persistent attention（PERS）. [Results]The mother＇s passive reaction to children＇s activity was 38. 982 with F test. while mother＇s positive and passive reaction to Children＇s adaptivity was 35. 490 and 32. 919 respectively. The children＇s INT to mother＇s strong passive reaction was 10.89 and 15.97 with F test. The childreffs mood to mother＇s positive and passive reaction was 6. 234 and 4. 685. The children＇s DIST to mother＇s passive and forced reaction was 6. 367 and 5. 643. with F test. The children＇s persistence to mother＇s positive reaction to the child was 7. 428. There was a difference of the children ＇s intensity of reaction to mother＇s reaction of sensitivity （ P〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The better adaptability, positive and optimistic mood, more persistent attention of the child, the more positive reaction the mother will be. The passive factors to affect mother＇s sensitivity were more active,strong appearance, strong intensity of reaction,weak intensity of reaction, passive mood and less concentration.
