中山市开展娱乐场所女性性服务人员艾滋病防治综合干预效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]了解中山市在娱乐场所女性性服务人员中开展艾滋病综合干预的效果,探索在该人群中实施艾滋病综合干预措施的有效途径。[方法]2006年对中山市城区部分大中型娱乐场所的女性性服务人员进行问卷调查。[结果]干预前后分别调查895人、899人,艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率分别为41.27%、60.20%(P<0.01);5项艾滋病相关知识知晓率干预后均高于干预前(P<0.01或<0.05)。最近1次商业性行为时使用安全套者所占比例,干预前后分别为70.50%、98.00%(P<0.01);最近1个月商业性行为时使用安全套者所占比例,干预前后分别为69.50%、97.18%(P<0.01);有性病症状体征时接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测者所占比例,干预前后分别为10.37%、50.00%(P<0.01)。[结论]通过综合干预可以有效提高娱乐场所女性性服务人员的艾滋病知识知晓率和安全性行为。[Objective]To undcrst-and the effect of comprehensive intervention on AIDS control and prevention among female attendants in entertainmeni places, explore the effective measures to carry out AIDS intervention among the targct population. [Methods]Questionnaire was conducted among femalc attendants in large and middle sized entertainment places in 2006. [Results]895 and 899 target persons were investigated before and after intervention. AIDS related knowledge rate was 41.27 % and 60.20 % respectively（ P 〈0.01）. The knowledge rate concerning 5 items of AIDS knowlcdgc was higher after intervention than that before intervention （ P 〈0.01 orP 〈0.05）. The proportion of condom usc in the last time accounted for 70.50% and 98.00% before and after intervention （ P 〈0.01） ,while the proportion of condom usc in the last month accounted for 69. 50 and 97.18% before and after intervention（ P 〈0.01）. The proportion of voluntary seeking advice accounted for 10.37% and 50.00% before and after intervention （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]AIDS knowlcdgc and safe sexual behavior in female attendants in entertainment places was improved after intervention.
