摘　　要：[目的]了解ICU室内空气细菌污染状况,科学、客观地评价医疗活动期间空气质量,为采取有效预防措施提供依据。[方法]在动态状态下,对全省26家综合医院的ICU室内空气(沉降菌)进行采样、培养、细菌计数和致病菌分析鉴定。同时对其中14家医院ICU病房的组织形式、空气消毒方法、消毒时间等做了调查。[结果]采集26家医院ICU空气样本26份,未检出金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和沙门氏菌。细菌总数≥200cfu/m3的19份,占73.08%,细菌总数为(7.0×102～1.8×103)cfu/m3的8份,占30.77%,细菌总数最多为(1.9×103)cfu/m3。[结论]动态条件下,ICU室内空气细菌污染较为严重,空气消毒质量有待提高。[Objective]To understand the air bacterial contamination in ICU under dynamic condition, evaluate air quality, provide scientific basis for clinical prevention and control, [Methods]Natural sedimentation method was used to sample the air in ICU of 26 hospitals in Shandong province under dynamic condition, the samples were tested and analyzed. The form（system） of ICU and methods of air disinfection in 14 hospitals were investigated at the same time. [Results]the pathogens Such as staphylococcus hureus, hemolytic streptococcus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella were not found in 26 air samples collected.Among 26 ICU investigated , total bacteria were ≥200 cfu/m^3 in 19 air samples accounting for 73.08%,（7.0×10^2-1.8×10^3） cfu/m^3 in 8 samples, accounting for 30.77%.The most was （1.9×10^3） cfu/m^3. [Conclusion]The air in ICU is heavily contaminated by bacteria under dynamic condition , the air disinfection quality should be improved.
