摘 要:[目的]了解滨州市饮水型地方性氟中毒(地氟病)病区病情现状,为今后的防治工作提供科学依据。[方法]2005年,对滨州市惠民、博兴、邹平3县地氟病病区进行儿童氟斑牙患病情况调查与饮用水氟含量检测。[结果]合计调查8~12岁儿童1 467名,检出可疑氟斑牙225人、氟斑牙患者653人(极轻氟斑牙225人,轻度氟斑牙204人,中度氟斑牙194人,重度氟斑牙30人),患病率为44.51%,斑釉指数为0.99;氟斑牙缺损率为9.82%。氟斑牙患病率,改水降氟工程报废病区(63.50%)、改水降氟工程正常运转病区(58.20%)均高于未改水病区(25.20%)(P〈0.01);改水工程报废停用病区不同年龄儿童氟斑牙患病率的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。饮用水含氟量(mg/L),改水工程报废病区为(2.24±1.21),改水工程正常病区为(1.34±1.05)(P〈0.05);未改水病村为(1.00±0.76),低于改水工程报废病区(P〈0.01)。[结论]滨州市地氟病病区病情仍然较重。To understand the current status of drinking water born endemic fluorosis in Binzhou, Provide scientific basis for prevention and control of the disease. [Methods]Investigation was conducted on the status of childreffs dental fluorosis in fluorosis endemic areas of Huimin,Boxing and Zhouping counties in 2005, the concentration of fluorine in drinking water was tested. [Results]l 467 children aged 8-12 were investigated, 225 children were suspected to have dental fluorosis. There were 653 cases with dental fluorosis (225 were the cases with very slight dental fluorosis, 204 with slight dental fluorosis, 194 with moderate dental fluorosis and 30 with severe dental fluorosis). Case rate was 44.51 ±. The index of dental fluoroMs was 0.99±. Dental fluorosis defect rate was 9. 820/00. The morbidity of dental fluorosis was 63.50 ±/0 , 58.20 ± and 25.2 % respectively in abandoned drinking water improvement area, drinking water improvement area and non-improvement area ( P d0.01). There was no difference of the dental fluorosis in different aged group in abandoned drinking water improvement areas. The concentration of fluorine in drinking water was (2.24 ± 1.21), (1.34± 1.05) ( P d0.05) and (1.00±0.26) in abandoned drinking water improvement area, drinking water improvement area and nonimprovement area respectively ( P 〈0.01).
