2003～2005年永州市冷水滩区摩托车驾驶员上岗前职业健康检查结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]掌握冷水滩区申领摩托车驾驶证人员上岗前职业健康检查状况。[方法]对冷水滩区2003~2005年5 672名申领摩托车驾驶证人员的上岗前健康检查情况进行统计学分析。[结果]5 672名申请摩托车驾驶证人员中共检出职业禁忌证64人,检出率1.13%;其中男性检出率为1.68%,女性为0.05%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]建议对申领摩托车驾驶证人员上岗前健康检查应严格把关,采用卫生部《职业健康监护管理办法》必检项目和评价标准。To understand the status of physical examination of motorcycle drivers （or driving license in Lengshuitan district. [Methods]5 672 motorcycle drivers＇ physical examination data in Lengshuitan district from 2003 to 2005 were statistically analyzed before the delivering of driving license.[Results]Among the 5 672 persons with the requirement for driving license,occupational contraindication were detected in 64 persons, accounting for 1. 12% Of them, male accounted for 1.68%,female accounted for 0.05%. There was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Strict checks should be made on the health condition of the motorcycle drivers before the delivering of driving license. Necessary examination items and evaluation standard from ＂ Management of occupational health ＂ made by Ministry of Public Health must be adopted.
