摘　　要：推导了钢筋砼圆形截面非均匀配筋时,其正截面承截力计算公式,并给出了相应的适用条件.In this paper, the formula of the carrying capacity of the normal section of round section with double reinforcement is derived, and the conditions to the formula are given.
