天然产物抗DPPH自由基活性研究

摘　　要：采用分光光度法测定山药提取物、牛膝皂苷及山药多糖对DPPH的清除作用,发现山药提取物具有较强的清除DPPH自由基活性,而牛膝皂苷和山药多糖不具备清除DPPH自由基活性.Spectrophometric method using DPPH as free radicals in order to find natural anti-oxidation or scavenging acticity on free radicals. The results showed that extracts of peanut shell and some fractions isolated from the rehizomes of Dioscorea opposita thunb have obviously scavenging effect on free radicals, but the others such as crude polysaccharide from the rehizomes of Dioscorea opposita thunb, saponins from Achyranthes bientata showed no noticeable scavenging effect on free radicals when scanned by the methods used in this experimental.
