摘　　要：结合国内外淡水涡虫的研究现状，主要介绍了三角涡虫（Dugesia）及多目涡虫（Polycelis）染色体的研究进展，概述了不同产地的淡水涡虫染色体的核型差异和多态性．In this paper, the research on chromosomes of freshwater planarian was summarized,mianly Dugesia and Polycelis, and the karyotipical differences and polymorphism of freshwater planarian from different habitats was introduced, based on the latest data.
