摘  要:研究了CoMnNiO系负温度系数热敏电阻陶瓷材料的烧结特性和电性能,探讨了不同烧结方法对CoMnNiO系NTC热敏陶瓷烧结特性及电性能的影响。试验结果表明,微波烧结的样品成瓷均匀、致密,且晶粒较小。对其电性能进行研究发现:同样温度下微波烧结制备的热敏元件B值、阻值一致性较常规烧结方法有较大提高。由此可见,微波烧结技术在制备热敏电阻陶瓷材料方面具有潜在的优势。The sintering activity and electrical properties of CoMnNiO based ceramic were stud- ied. The effects of differents sintering methods on the sintering activity and electric characters of CoMnNiO were investigated. Compared with the conventional sintering, the samples prepared by microwave sintering have homogeneous density microstructure, fine grain size. Electrical proper- ties indicate that microwave sintering improves the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor's B constant and resistance. It's concluded that microwave sintering method has potential superiority on synthesis NTC ceramic material.
