摘　　要：研制了一种在线式SF6气体微水含量检测传感器。该传感器采用露点测量法能够准确测试气体的微量水分,并且可安装在罐体上,实时在线检测。这样,就可以通过计算机等显示装置,随时检测SF6气体的微量水分值,对高压开关运行起到很好的保障作用。A minim moisture content sensor for SF6 gas measure on-line was studied. The sensor with dew point sensor can precisely measure the gas moisture. And it can be installed on the can for real-timey measure. By computer and other display equipment, the SF6 gas moisture can be read at any moment, and the high voltage switch can be well protected.
