摘　　要：由于社区参与旅游发展的核心是让社区居民作为主体力量参与到社区旅游发展的整个过程中,因此,社区居民的参与问题逐渐成为研究者们在探索旅游地的可持续发展时的关注对象。文章阐述了居民参与民族村寨旅游开发的必要性,分析当前社区居民民族村寨旅游开发的现状及制约因素,并提出了促进社区居民参与旅游的对策和建议。Because the core of the community participated tourism is encouraging the residents to be involved in the whole development process of the community tourism, more and more researcher begin to pay attention to the participation issue of the residents to study the sustainable development of the tourism resorts. The article il- lustrates the need of the participation of the residents, studies the status quo and restriction, and further suggests how to improve the residents enthusiasm of participation.
