多层螺旋CT在高过载作用致猴脑部损伤研究中的应用

摘  要:目的:观察飞船应急返回高过载致猴脑部损伤的影像学改变。方法:6只健康雄性成年恒河猴被随机分为+15Gx组和+21Gx组,分别在动物离心机上承受相应峰值的抛物线形过载曲线作用;6只恒河猴分别在实验前、实验后2h、24h、7d行多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查。结果:+15Gx组和+21Gx组在过载作用后2h、24h大脑呈缺血性改变,1周后血流灌注基本恢复正常。结论:飞船应急返回高过载可引起脑部损伤,MSCT脑灌注成像可提供有效的诊断信息,脑部损伤程度与+Gx值有很好的正相关关系。Objective:To observe image changes of brain injury of rhesus by high G during spaceship emergency re turn. Methods:Six healthy male adult rhesuses were randomly divided into + 15Gx and + 21Gx group and respectively un derwent corresponding parabolic G curve in animal centrifuge. The animals were all examined by MSCT scan before + Gx exposure and 2h, 24h, 7d after +Gx exposure. Results: 2h and 24h after + 15Gx and + 21Gx exposure, brain ischemia was shown on CT cerebral perfusion imaging. 7d later, brain ischemia images were almost recovered to normal. Conclusion: High G from simulating spaceship emergency return can cause ischemic injuries on brain of the rhesus. CT brain perfusion imaging can provide valuable diagnostic information. There is a significant correlation of the degree of brain damage with the level of +Gx load.
