摘 要:目的:评价64层螺旋CT冠状动脉后处理重组相位与心率快慢变化的相关性,寻找最佳的冠状动脉重组时相。方法:采用Philips公司64层螺旋CT对252例患者进行冠状动脉成像,心率50次/分到102次/分,从R-R间期的35%到85%重组数据采集触发点进行多相位重组,以10%为间隔,将横轴面图像在工作站上行多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)等处理,分析不同心率下最佳的相位重组窗。结果:重组相位的选择与心率的快慢具有明显的相关性,心率小于70次/分,选用75%时相重组,图像显示为"优"占91.72%;心率大于70次/分时,选用45%时相重组,图像显示为优占89.66%。结论:不同心率条件下选择合适的相位重组,能够减少运动伪影,提高图像质量。心率快慢对于选择相位重组窗具有指导意义。Objective:To evaluate the correlation between choice of reconstruction window and corresponding heart rate in 64 slice MSCT imaging of coronary artery and to search the optimal reconstruction phase in postprocessing of coronary CT angiography. Methods:Coronary CT angiography was performed with 64 slice spiral CT Philips in 252 patients. The heart rates of patients were from 50bpm to 102bpm and the multiple reconstruction phase like the trigger unit from 35 % to 85 % in R-R. Multi-plannar reconstruction (MPR),maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) were reconstructed. The best phase of reconstruction was analysed in different heart rates. Results:There was close relativity between reconstruction phase and corresponding heart rate. The excellent image quality of coronary CTA was 91.72% under reconstruction phase in 75% when the heart rate was below 70bpm. The excellent image quality of coronary CTA was 89.66% under reconstruction phase in 45% when the heart rate was above 70bpm. Conclusion: Choosing the best reconstruction phase for patients with different heart rates in their coronary artery is helpful to reduce the movement of pictures.
