摘  要:利用因次分析法,建立气液两相流体在多杯等流型气锚中流动的准则方程;根据现场实验,测得相应参数和准则方程,利用最小二乘法及高斯消去法,进行回归分析,得到气液两相流体在多杯等流型气锚中流动时脱气效率的关联公式,并分析滞留时间、含水率、气油比对脱气效率的影响.结果表明:脱气效率随着滞留时间的增大而增大;当滞留时间和含水率一定时,脱气效率随着气油比的增大而减小;当滞留时间和气油比一定时,脱气效率随着含水率的增大而增大;当滞留时间增大到一定程度时,脱气效率曲线的斜率明显减小,出现拐点.Based on the method of dimensional analysis,the criterion equation of flow of gas/liquid two-phase flow through multicup isoflux gas anchor is established.With the corresponding flow parameters measured through field experiments and the criterion equation mentioned above,the correlation formula of degassing efficiency of flow of gas/liquid two-phase flow through multicup isoflux gas anchor is obtained through the regression analysis using the least square method and the Gaussian elimination.The effects of residence time and water cut and production gas/oil ratio on degassing efficiency are analyzed.The results show that the degassing efficiency increases with the increase of residence time;the degassing efficiency decreases with the increase of the production gas/oil ratio under the condition that the residence time and water cut are certain;the degassing efficiency increases with water cut increasing under the condition that the residence time and production gas/oil ratio are certain;the gradient of degassing efficiency curve decreases obviously when the residence time increases to a definite value,and the flex point occurs.
