摘 要:对土壤进行杀虫双农药染毒实验,获土壤螨类703只,隶属于3个亚目27个科;弹尾类666只,隶属于8科20属.经染毒处理的土样(135个土样)中土壤螨类和弹尾类计608只,与对照组(27个土样)比较,土壤动物个体数量和科(属)数量均显著减少,与杀虫双处理浓度呈明显负相关.通过杀虫双对优势类群的染毒实验,结果表明:它们的数量亦随农药处理浓度的递增而减少,其中以弹尾类的棘虫兆属。Dimethypo pesticide polluted experiment on the soil be taken in this paper.We collected soil Nemaboda 703 ind,which subordinated to 3 suborders 27 families,and Collembola 666 ind;which belonged to 8 families 20 genus.Among the dimethypo polluted soil sample (135 soil sample), there are 608 ind,soil Nemaloda and Collembola.Compared with the clean soil sample (27 soil sample),the family, genus and individulity amount of soil animals were remarkble decreased.The polluted experiment result showed that the amount the dominant population of soil Nemaloda and Collembola were decreased with the increasing of dimethypo polluted consistency,the O Geruais,T.Grinbergs and H.Bourlet were particularly sensitive to dimethypo in the dominant population.
